Trent-ify.net ,we provides a platform that enables individuals (“Members,” “Affiliates,” “you”) to earn income through the sale of products and services, as well as through participation in our affiliate/network marketing programs. This Earnings Disclaimer & Refund Policy aims to clarify both our refund practices and realistic income expectations.
1. Refund Policy
We want you to have confidence in shopping with Trent-ify. However, due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy varies depending on the type of product or service purchased:
A. Physical Products
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Return Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return Shipping: Paid by customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Form of Refund: Original payment method or store credit.
B. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Courses, Software)
General Policy: Due to the immediate access and consumable nature of digital products, refunds are not offered once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or the course has been started.
Exceptions:
Technical Issues: If the product is proven to be faulty and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
Misrepresentation: If the product was grossly misrepresented on the sales page (evidence required).

Before Work Begins: A full or partial refund may be issued if cancellation occurs before significant work has started (minus non-refundable deposits or fees stated in the agreement).
After Work Begins: Refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Service Agreements: Larger service projects will include individual service agreements outlining specific terms.
Client Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first to explore revisions or credit before requesting a refund.
D. Subscription Fees (Platform Access, Memberships)
Refund Policy: Subscription fees (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
Exceptions: Refunds may be granted if there was a billing error on our end.
E. Network Marketing / Program Joining Fees
If any joining fees exist beyond product purchases, whether refundable or not, will be clearly stated on the sign-up page or onboarding documentation.

Effort, Skill & Risk
Building a business or income stream through Trent-ify requires substantial effort, learning, and consistency. Results vary widely among Members based on their approach and actions.
Examples and Testimonials
Any income examples, case studies, or testimonials shown on our website or marketing materials are for illustration only and are not representative of what you will achieve. These examples should not be interpreted as typical results or promises of earnings.
Focus on Sales, Not Recruitment
Our compensation plan rewards Members primarily for selling actual products and services to customers. While team-building may lead to bonuses, sales performance is the main path to earnings.
Business Expenses
As an independent contractor, you may incur expenses (e.g., marketing, tools, internet, etc.) that affect your net earnings. You are fully responsible for managing your own business and financial obligations.
Independent Contractor Status
Trent-ify Members are not employees. You operate as an independent contractor responsible for your taxes, legal compliance, and business decisions.
Average Earnings Disclosure (Optional/Future)
